“We cannot birth ourselves. To ask for help may be the engine of transformation itself”
DAVID WHYTE

Starting therapy takes courage.
Therapy can enable us to find new perspectives on our struggles and help shift our internal stuckness. Our work together can foster deeper clarity and understanding, as well as create lasting change in how you relate to yourself and the world around you, so that you can move towards greater freedom and joy, whatever that looks like for you. I provide a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can bring your pain, rage, anxiety, despair, confusion, numbness and everything in-between.
My work is guided by Humanistic principles, and I integrate a range of theoretical approaches depending on what an individual needs – this might involve deepening attention to feelings held in the body, exploring family relationship dynamics, or discovering deeply ingrained beliefs that you are barely aware of.
Change is always possible, but it takes time. Therapy helps to build the support and resilience needed to face our greatest challenges and create something new.
“Beyond what we wish for and what we fear may happen, we have another life, as clear and free as a mountain stream”
